Abstract :
Mega project is prone to crisis due to its characteristics. Crisis occurrence undermines the mega project´s objectives and even leads to mega project failure. Mega project social responsibility has critical effects on crisis evolution and successful crisis management. Therefore, this paper studies the relationship between mega project crisis management and social responsibility from a stakeholder perspective. A dynamic network governance mode and a grid-based mega project management model are proposed. From the governance and management perspective, we offer a framework to prepare and respond to mega project crisis more effectively and collaboratively.
