Abstract :
Given that in it is a common practice in objective evaluation to give rewards to those who make progress and give penalties to those who make retrogress, in this paper, based on Vague sets theory, and according to similarity principle, some reward and penalty rules in objective evaluation are put forward, reward and penalty functions and barrier functions are set up, constructing an evaluation model of effect of rewards and penalties on the basis of Vague sets.
