Abstract :
Edge detection of CT image can help doctors to diagnose and tracing observe more accurately, order morphology is an expansion of basic mathematical morphology, order morphology transformation is the principal conception of order morphology. The paper researches the application of edge detection for liver CT image using multiple order morphology transformation: analyzes the influence on edge detection of different structuring elements and different percentiles. Experimental results showed order morphology transformation has both the pertinence and the flexibility for edge detection of CT image.
