Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the deficiencies of the traditional performance assessment in the hospital, a kind of Comprehensive evaluation method was put forward about performance assessment combined with genetic algorithm and fuzzy decision. It was used in performance assessment of the clinical department in hospital. This method made improved genetic algorithm combined with fuzzy decision, to make it more suitable for performance examination of hospital clinical departments. This paper will study the performance appraisal problems, grasp the current situation both at home and abroad, analyzes the various elements of modeling and performance evaluation, further constructs the model based on fuzzy clustering genetic algorithm performance evaluation.
