A conceptual framework of critical success factors to develop an integrated application of tuna fishing data management in Indonesia

This paper introduces the critical success factors framework to develop the application for tuna fishery management. On the previous study, a mentioned framework, consists of four layers: business process layer, information layer, solution layer, and technology layer. Since the framework follows an integrated design, it is important to know the detailed factors influencing the development of fishery management, layer by layer. Some aspects are also then counted in order to see the supporting issue of the development. From the given studies, we propose a conceptual framework of CSFs that consists of 12 critical factors which are considered to be potentially influencing the systems, during the development, and/or usage, and/or maintenance.
