Abstract :
This paper builds "construction stage-construction link" two-dimensional theory framework of evaluation; and then establishes an evaluation indicator system of entire construction process of smart grid which covering seven construction links on this basis; finally, uses the evaluation method of construction maturity of smart grid to make an empirical analysis on the smart grid construction in one region of China, and verifies the validity of this indicator system.
