Abstract :
As the operation risk assessment and management operation of the state grid corporation is normalized, it is urgent to develop a complete set of system about risk classification and control. This paper firstly studies the operational risk evaluation index system for large power grid and establishes the quantitative criteria of the risk probability and consequences according to "Guidelines for the Power System Security Stability" and "Electrical Safety Emergency Disposal and Investigation of Treatment". Then develop risk control measures based on risk identification and risk assessment, to deduce the severity of the consequences and the likelihood of risk occurrence, the risk of the grid is controlled within an acceptable range. Finally, using the proposed method to carry on overall risk rating of Henan Power Grid, and provide the appropriate risk control ideas and plans to verify the practicality and effectiveness of the method.
