Abstract
The orthogonal signature sequences in code division multiple access (CDMA) communications systems importantly influences how much interference from other users is received in a receiver, thus determining the overall performance of the system. In this paper, new sets of orthogonal sequences derived from the unified complex Hadamard transforms (UCHT) are proposed and studied. The various correlation properties of the sequences are presented for the first time. Finally, the performance of the UCHT sequences with other known sequences is compared
