  • Abstract
In this paper, an IQ demodulator based on sub-harmonic mixer is presented in 65-nm CMOS. With fewer transistors to compose the mixing core, a lower LO driving power and smaller area can be achieved. The measurement results show −11-dB conversion gain with 52–66 GHz bandwidth under 5.5-dBm LO drive. The 2-LO-RF isolation is better than 50 dB, and the image rejection ratio is better than −23 dBc from 52 to 66 GHz.
