Abstract :
This paper proposes a novel wide dynamic range rectifier for Microwave wireless Power Transfer (MPT). The proposed rectifier consists of combiner, divider and two parallel rectifying circuits for high operating power and low operating power. This circuit achieves RF-DC power conversion efficiency of over 50 % from −7 dBm to 16 dBm; its dynamic range is 23 dB. The proposed circuit matches the very best performance of reported circuits, which validates the proposed design topology.
