  • Abstract
    A technique to obtain traceability of the linearity of a millimeter wave VNA ranging from 110 GHz to 170 GHz is described. Calibration to IF receiver using the calibrated step attenuator at 10.3 MHz, ensures the traceability of the system to the attenuation primary standard. Good linearity was obtained with the difference at 0.005 dB for measurements range up to 40 dB.
