Abstract
Considers the problem of decentralized H∞ output feedback control of a class of large-scale interconnected systems with time-delays in the subsystems and their interconnections. First, sufficient conditions for the existence of a linear dynamic output feedback controller are presented using a linear matrix inequality approach. Then, an explicit construction of decentralized output feedback controller is given
