            Abstract : 
This paper introduces our developed 60 GHz CMOS transceiver for high-speed proximity wireless communication. Its feature is an all-in-one chip configuration including a package-in antenna, RFSW, RF, ADC/DAC and digital signal processing in 65 nm process technology. This transceiver provides high-speed throughput of 2 Gb/s with power consumption of 581 mW and 687 mW for transmit and receive mode.
