A farewell to prejudice, have an original idea for novel antenna technologies and active women therein

The power of the women is so important for development of antenna technologies. If you still think that professional women in the antenna field are strange existence, the antenna community will be hopeless. As you know, unconventional thinking is important to get the idea for creating a novel antenna. You should not have any biased view to prosper the antenna community as well as to invent a new antenna. For a new generation antenna, you should throw away conventional thinking about antennas and women. Joan of Arc is necessity of a new antenna. In this paper, the author´s idea about the way to create a novel antenna and the reason why there is few women members in the antenna community is presented.
