Abstract
This paper presents a novel automatic winder anti-stacked control system for textile mills base on analyzing the running characteristics of automatic textile grooved drum winder motor and technology of imported equipment. In order to achieve motor instantaneous torque control, this control system adopts unique swing frequency and dual closed-loop PI regulator. It achieves anti-stacked control under the circumstances of constant average winding speed by adjusting output torque in accordance with calculated load torque variation by calculating current feedback. The simulation and experimental result indicates that this system have preferable anti-stacked effect and dynamic properties.
