Abstract :
A method is proposed to realize a bilinear modeling of a delayed cooking process with genetic algorithms. The bilinear model with uncertain parameters is equivalent to the device faults of the delayed cooking process. Based on an accurate linearization method of the bilinear system a robust control strategy is provided to keep the system stability
