Abstract :
Based on three-dimensional modeling method of Rapid Fixture, the thesis mainly focus on the research of the methods of computer-aided fixture design(CAFD). And then the paper proposes the layout of Auxiliary Chuck to deal with the problem of warping and deformation of the workpiece in the process of design of rapid fixture, which establishes automatic planning approach of RP and also Auxiliary Chuck can be added automatically. Finally, examples are given to verify the effectiveness of the approach.
