Abstract :
Sequential turbocharged thermal power test bed is a kind of multifunction test bed, which is applied to research sequential turbocharged technology and turbocharger performance. This paper regarded its measurement and control system as research objects, introduced its overall structure and hardware and software design. Hardware design includes its overall design and the development of field data acquisition module and the design of some auxiliary circuit; Software design includes the single-chip program design and LabVIEW program design; Finally, anti-interference technology which is used to improve reliability of the system was introduced. Experiments showed that the measurement and control system can meet the relevant test request for sequential turbocharged technology well.
