This paper introduces a new specialty of Intelligence Science and Technology of Beijing Information Science & Technology University (BISTU), discusses the connotation, the training target and employment prospect of the specialty. And it focuses on the specialty construction planning and practice of the specialty of Intelligence Science and Technology which is characterized by ´ course system and practice system construction as the foundation, laboratory construction as the key, research as the leading, faculty qualification construction as the guarantee´.
