Based on the related current researches, combined with the relevant provisions of "The Supervision methods of Higher Education Cultivation Cost (trial)", this disquisition is focused on the average education cultivation cost for each student. From four aspects-personnel cost, utilities expense, depreciation of fixed assets and subsidiary expense for individual or family, this disquisition that is combined with the factors such as the standard number of students, puts forward a quantitative model of average education cultivation cost for each student. Besides, by choosing three universities in Guangdong Province as experimental objectives and collecting the data of average education cultivation cost for each student of them, we carry on a series of analyses.
