Abstract :
This paper focus on data mining application in customer value analysis, business potential and service improve direction. First a formula for online insurance customer lifetime value is derived. Some parameters and function for the formula are given out by data mining. Finally the business revenue potential is predicted for recent ten years and comparison is taken out. A sensitivity analysis shows the business revenue increasing direction. The real business revenue data match the prediction data well.
