Abstract :
A single pass beam position monitoring system was installed at NewSUBARU. The system was so simple that it was developed and installed in a week. Bipolar bunch signals extracted through button electrodes were recorded in real time using digital oscilloscopes. The beam positions and intensity were determined from peak-to-peak signal height. The system worked as a powerful tool during the commissioning
