Abstract
Over the years, INTELSAT (International Telecommunications Satellite Organization) has developed a highly integrated satellite communications carrier monitoring and management system. In addition, INTELSAT has developed many tools and databases for calculating transmission parameters in complex environment and for tracking thousands of earth station antennas and communication carriers. Coupling of these tools, databases and monitoring facilities has allowed INTELSAT to manage the use of its space segment resources to the fullest and maintain a global satellite network noted for its high standards of quality
