Abstract :
In this research, by collecting raw data from the various e-commerce platform and applying Factor Analysis, a variety of merchandise goods can be classified into three different factors and every E-commerce company have the scores corresponding in each factor. Through AHP can calculate each e-commerce platform weights on product description matches for satisfaction, satisfaction with the right quality of service satisfaction and delivery speed and the total score of the three commodities factors. Results of the analysis and combining with the commodities factor scores can be used as the references and strategies for consumers to choose the right e-commerce platform.
