Abstract :
Lead-acid batteries play a crucial role in our daily life. However, their efficiency deteriorates due to the accumulation of chemical substance, known as sulfate (SO2) on the surface of batteries´ plates. Hereby, the methods to overcome this problem is investigated in this work. A workable desulfator found online is adopted in this study. Further, a new and more efficient circuitry is proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of the new circuit is also outlined.
