            Abstract : 
This paper describes the implementation of an electrical motor control application using MIDI control signals from a MIDI-enabled touchpad. The purpose of this paper is to provide a cost effective method for control applications, using non-conventional interfaces. The methods described in this paper can be successfully applied in designing cost-effective assistive technologies.
