Abstract :
Heat radiation method by heat plate inlay water pipe is applied in this paper for 1.8 kW heat source of electric components. Heat plate inlay water pipe is effective in enduring water pressure. Changing water pipe´s position for the better dissipation effect is investigated by Icepak 4.3 simulation tool. Also 2 types of pipe structure are suggested and heat radiation effect of each type is investigated by simulation. Example module´s temperature at the switching devices and heat sink are compared. Two types of the heat pipe structure are implemented and the heat radiation performance of each type is verified by experiment.
