Abstract
A recently found "better than" raised-cosine pulse is employed in a pulse-shaped orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing system to reduce the inter-carrier interference due to frequency offset. The results show that new pulse outperforms the rectangular pulse and raised-cosine pulse in inter-carrier interference power reduction.
