Andy Thomas biography

Andy has been with Welsh Water for 34 years starting as divisional microbiologist then moving to an operational role in managing the water supply treatment and distribution for south east Wales . More recently Andy has been involved in developing Welsh Waters investment planning system and is now currently responsible for developing and embedding Welsh Waters approach for pro active asset management and building the Asset Management Framework that covers not just Welsh Water but the outsourced partners as well.
