Abstract :
We report the the micromanufacture and testing of dye-sensitized-solar-cells employing the atomic-layer-deposition of TiO2 on a custom made, defect-free, nanoporous alumina membrane. The nanoporous alumina membrane (NAM) templates were fabricated via a modified two step anodization of aluminum using sulfuric acid as an electrolyte.
