Abstract :
The authors have proposed a millimeter-wave band interface to a post-wall waveguide through a coaxial structure in order to realize cost-effective 60GHz modules. We have investigated the fabrication tolerance and the reflection characteristics, where PTFE and LTCC substrates are used. Feeding structures are assessed experimentally to fulfill many demands on substrates and manufacturing in millimeter-wave bands.
