Abstract :
For the overseas Sneak Circuit Analysis (SCA) technology being kept secret, this paper introduces the theory and method systems in details, including the general situation of the SCA progress, the definition of the SCA. Then this paper describes the key technologies of SCA, such as data collection, systems division, data input, topology simplifying, network tree building, and analysis and so on. And it also discusses the development of the SCA technology in the future.
