Abstract :
In the past product design process, the reliability frequently can´t meet the design requirements under practical natural environmental load due to lack of consideration on the natural environmental factors. Thus, we proposed the systematic environmental load extraction and profile generation method aiming at the typical natural environmental condition. Firstly, analyze the effect that the typical natural environmental load has on the product material and components in all terms. Then, unify and quantify the natural environmental parameters used in the product in practical utilization. Finally, conduct the parameters fusion by using the fuzzy clustering method and develop the corresponding profiles. This method considers the impact that the natural environmental factors may have on the product reliability and the profiles established in this method conform to the practical operation of the product. In addition, it has the ability to provide accurate load data input for the product reliability design and analysis.
