Abstract :
Aim at the varied population- environment test data in the development stage, the paper put forward a method on integrated reliability assessment matching on Duane growth model. Given to the different test stress environment in the development stage, the affecting model between test environment factor and product´s reliability is built. Simulation optimization-seeking model is used to determine the test environment factor by the constraint of growth trend checkout and growth model checkout. Least-square method is used to seek out the parameter of Duane model. The conversion for varied population-environment test data of similar products is used to assess the reliability in the development stage. The validity and applicability of the method is verified by an example.
