Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to establish a set of standard devices of microwave field is used to calibrate the high-frequency field probes can be used in the calibration frequency range of lGHz-18GHz field probes, the maximum amplitude of the field strength can be achieved 10mW/cm2 (200V / m) meet electromagnetic compatibility field probes used to detect the calibration requirements.
