The project team analyzed the contemporary situation in the lifelong education of teachers, orientated on the area of practice videoconference systems and the application of e-learning methods. The main part of the project consisted of the demonstrations of school lessons and their analyses from the point of view of their suitability for the implementation in the pedagogical practice. Results and outcomes of the research are formulated in this paper.
