Abstract :
This article presents the skyguide technical competence management model as an answer to the requirements the Swiss ANSP shall satisfied. This model is the basis for the ATSEP certification as required in ESARR5 and based on a key concept called Required Knowledge and Skills (RKS). This concept represents the ATSEP competence, and is supported by a BQR training model. This paper ends with a brief overview of the skyguide ATSEP certification path.
