Abstract :
This paper is concerned with an Hinfin control problem for a class of networked control systems (NCSs) with transmission delays, where the delays are time-varying and uncertain. Based on the LMI approach, a new method for designing a memoryless static state feedback control law is proposed to stabilize this class of NCSs and to reduce the effect of the disturbance input on the controlled output to a prescribed level for all admissible transmission delays. The results depend on the solvability of a certain linear matrix inequality and may be less conservative
