Abstract
The paper describes a new and efficient test method for evaluating the performance of harmonic measurement equipment. The test method uses a set of mathematically designed test waveforms. The crest factor of the test waveforms can either be minimized or maximized by selecting the appropriate harmonic phase angles. Examples of test results of harmonic measurement equipment are included
