Cooperation union in training industry: A game-theoretic approach

In recent years, training industry is developed rapidly, attracted wildly attention from society. In this paper, take the sub-game of perfect balance to analysis the interest distribution and cooperation strategies of training enterprises in collaboration alliance. The aim of the study is to find out whether the training industries to build collaboration alliance or not in the different scales and interest loss tolerances. The study shows that the discount factor has important affection in the interest distribution of participants in collaboration alliance. In the end of this paper, I also give some advices to participate in collaboration alliance how to make cooperation strategies.
