    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

    The existing integrated management system in the library only focus on the metadata describe of resources and the integrated management of business process. It has been unable to meet the requirement of modern library which have various and a huge number of literature resources management needs and personalized dynamic user demand for services. Therefore, libraries need to introduce the management concepts of ERP system, to transform and improve the existing integrated management system, and rise to the Library Resource Planning system (Library Resources Planning, LRP) in order to manage the library resources scientifically and effectively, and improve the Document Information services.
