  • Abstract
In order to solve the target detecting and target division problem with dynamic and determinate nature of target grouping, a new target grouping arithmetic is used in this paper. By introducing the mathematics structures and characteristic of Intuitionistic fuzzy singular rough sets (IFS-RS) and intuitionistic fuzzy singular rough assistant sets (IFS-RAS), a space group is described with a two direction intuitionistic fuzzy singular sets, and its dynamic targets compose of the assistant sets of IFS-RS. The correctness and validity of the developed methods are verified by target division example. The analysis of achieved results shows that the methods can dispose the dynamic problems of target detecting and target division flexible and it offered new study ways for research uncertain problems of dynamic systems.
