Abstract :
This paper concentrates on services for mobile communications and convergence with the wireline Internet applications. The value added services (VAS) are introduced after a short presentation of the evolution of mobile networks (2G to 3G) and their influence. New technologies for mobile communications, such as WAP protocol, WML mark-up languages and SIM-Toolkits are studied
