An Analysis for Demand Forecast and Dynamic Balance of Supply and Demand in Higher Education

This paper researched the socio-economic structure and educational structure of China, and the supply and demand balance of higher education, On this basis, combined with the dynamic analysis methods of time series and built the VAR and VEC models for the forecast of demand for higher education, the importance of Johansen co-integration test was emphasized. We verified the financial policy of Higher Education and the Students charging in china is reasonable, further, used the Verhulst model to study the balance of higher education supply and demand, and the result showed that the efficiency of charges free are not higher than charges´. Examined the development of higher education whether or not meet the needs of economic development.
