M-Learning Design Based on Personal Knowledge Management

Mobile learning (m-learning) is a new field of distance learning. It is combined with mobile communication technology, mobile computing technology, network technology and modern education. L-learning system is the realization of the implementation of m-learning methods and platforms. It is the most intuitive approach for learners and its experience directly affect learners´ attitude to m-learning. Personal knowledge management represents an advanced management idea and approach and is the management knowledge which is used at individual level. Firstly this paper elaborates on relative theories about knowledge and personal knowledge management. Then it puts forward a model for the application of personal knowledge and proposes some problems which should be considered when constructing m-learning system. At last it puts forward three m-learning designs based on the theories mentioned in the paper.
