Abstract :
In this paper, we mainly analyze the main failure mechanism of SMD LEDs´ which are applied for LED display. We carefully analyze SMD LEDs´ wet stress, thermal stress, antistatic ability, hidden troubles of the circuit of LED display screen, the defects of led display screen´s production engineering. And based on the above analysis, we put forward feasible preventive solutions.
