Abstract :
Reliability excellence is about meeting customer expectations on reliability. First of all, it is a mind set to achieve excellent product reliability; secondly, it is about identifying the weakest links for reliability improvement and cost saving; and finally act to achieve excellence. An example of LED linear module is given here demonstrating how the principle is applied in practice.
