Abstract :
In the design of holders for film dosimetry of photons, a set of filters must be used to improve the energy response and for an acceptable degree of accuracy in long-term low-level exposure. Spectral information at low energies can be obtained by comparing optical densities under filters of different materials and thicknesses. By means of an efficient multi relative filter-film response, the photographic film may provide densitometric information to evaluate within an acceptably accurate limit at dose levels from 0.1 mSv to 1 Sv
