Abstract :
The fuzzy cluster analytical method is introduced here. By using this method the environmental monitoring sections of surface water of the three Liao River branches in Fuxin territory - the Liu River, the Raoyang River and the Yangximu River, were analyzed. Among the nine monitoring sections, the most polluted is at the downstream area of the Yangximu River, all of the pollution indexes, such as ammonia and nitrogen, permanganate index and chemical oxygen demand, are far beyond the standards. Result shows the surface water quality of the Liao River Fuxin section is heavily polluted, the three branches will directly harm the water quality of the Liao River after afflux into it, thus potential crises is under way to the water environmental system of estuary wetland of the Liao River. The result of the fuzzy cluster analysis is matching with the practical pollution situation, can objectively reflect the quality condition of the surface water environment that affected by multiple factors, also provide necessary scientific basis for the treatment scheme and macroscopic decisions to the water environment of the Liao River.
