  • Abstract
    Environmental pollution has been a serious threat to all people´s living conditions, restricted the ability of continual economic development. How to control the pollution scientifically, efficiently and rapidly has been one of the important topics in the technology research around the world. So, the guiding principles, the organization and the responsibility of the design of environmental pollution emergency system is given, the architecture of the system is studied and made, the functional design and specification requirements is discussed, such as information processing, communications, command scheduling and security mechanisms; study database design, data security and some other key technologies in the emergency system. All of these provide a theoretical basis and practical techniques for researching and developing the environmental emergency system.
